Hexagon Hospitality Advisors exists because the industry kept forcing a false choice: hire a consultancy that understands the numbers, or a studio that understands the guest. We refuse to choose.

Why we exist.

Hospitality is a business of conviction. Owners commit capital years before the first guest arrives. Operators make hundreds of decisions a week that compound into a brand. In that environment, vague advice is expensive.

We were built to close the gap between strategy and the thing the guest actually experiences. Not decks that gather dust, but decisions that get made, concepts that open, and experiences that convert.

The hexagon is our shorthand: structure, partnership and strategic clarity. Six sides, one shape. Strategy, product and experience held together by a single commercial argument.

How we think.

Every recommendation must make business sense. Creative work that ignores the P&L is decoration. Financial work that ignores the guest is arithmetic. The useful answer lives where both hold true.

We prefer short arguments to long documents. One clear insight, tested against evidence, connected to a measurable outcome. If we can't explain the commercial logic in a paragraph, we haven't finished thinking.

How we work.

Engagements are structured, senior-led and deliberately small. We diagnose before we prescribe. We put deliverables on the table early, including market assessments, concept strategies, experience frameworks and commercial models, so you always know what you are buying.

We work with hotel owners and operators, restaurant groups, hospitality investors, real estate developers and founders building new concepts. Some come to us to build. Others come to reposition, fix or grow what already exists.
